Our little Rio had an amazing time there. The entire staff was greatly adored by him. They were very affectionate and professional. They took great care of our pup. The veterinary clinic attached to the same building had great service as well.

I cannot thank enough or describe of satisfied I am with Pet Hotel Gaia. As a "chicken mother" and with an anxiety disorder, leaving my girls is always a big stress for me. Once I heard about this hotel, leaving my girls there, I left so at ease with the outstanding service and care they had for them. (Like I was leaving them with a family member). During the stay, I received photos and videos, and not only they looked happy, but watching the way the instructors cared for them, spoke to them, just made my heart feel very warm. I am very much impressed, with the service, the hotel itself, its surroundings, but specially how they treat and care for my girls. If your an anxious mother like me, this is the hotel you need for your pets.❤️

This hotel is really great. I left there my dog for three weeks. It has separate rooms for every dog. What was the most important for me is that the hotel personnel asked if my dog likes to play with other dogs or not. Every two-three days they sent me pictures and videos of my dog. He was very happy there and made a lot of friends. I will definitely bring him to this place again and can advise it to anyone.

We had such a positive experience at Pet Hotel Gaia. They took incredibly good care of our two cats. Our cats have a pretty complicated food and medicine regime and the folx at the pet hotel were very thorough. They clearly care about animals and are very kind and thoughtful people. Definitely recommend!!

Great place. Very nice staff. I received videos of my dogs while on holiday and they looked very happy and playful. Highly recommended!

I have to say that I was a bit disappointed at the hotel. The external facilities are not the best by any means in regards to comfort for the pets, since they are just wood and mostly covered. Creating a cold, uncomfortable environment for the animals. I had my dog there for 2 days and a half and it was already enough for a wound to develop on his mouth (infection and inflammation, as you can see in the video attached) without the knowledge of the caretakers, which is very worrisome. They also did not assume any sorts of responsibility for this. After calling them, they just gave me an assumption of what might be that developed in his mouth, which I assume was from chewing metal fences. Certainly not trying this place again.
